Use /submit in the submission Discord channel with the item, quantity, and a
screenshot. Approved submissions show up here — on the graph and in Recent Submissions —
within a few seconds.
Most items use the live Grand Exchange price at the time of submission. A few untradeable or fixed-value items use a manually set price instead — the submission embed in Discord notes when that's the case.
Either it's still pending review, it was denied (check the review channel for a reason), or it had no available price and didn't add any gold. Ask your team's admins if you're not sure which.
Automatically — right after any approved submission or denial, plus a fixed snapshot every 12 hours even during quiet stretches. No need to refresh the page.
If you don't see your drop listed, then check with an Admin about if the drop counts or not. The drop might not be on the Unique table of the boss to qualify for a submission.
Screenshots must clearly show the item and, if relevant, the drop message. Submit as soon as reasonably possible after receiving an item — don't stockpile several drops before submitting them all at once.
Only submit items your account actually received. Don't share accounts to farm specific drops for the event. Screenshot editing or misrepresenting an item is grounds for a submission being denied and reviewed.
